WOW!! My wife and I were truly impressed. From the salad that was chopped small so you didn't have to cut it up and was so delicious, to the best Pizza I ever had. The crust had a light crunch, the cheese was out of this world, and the topping were plenty and not to bulky. All the staff was so attentive. They were on top of everything from filling our drinks so fast, and the service was fantastic and everyone was so polite and friendly. We were from out of town on vacation and always try non chain restaurants. #1

Worst food and serving staff ever in my lifei I would NOT bring my dog in for a meal. Service staff talked down to my wife. Very unprofessional and out of order staff. Ruined all of our dinners. On top of it I was served fish sticks and they called it fish paddies. I returned it. And there tap water taste like sewage. Was the most disappointing dinner I have ever had in my life. And I'm 50 years old. If I could I would give them negative 10 stars. I don't think I would ever eat in that establishment ever again in my life. Only God sent was the manager was very good. Only after I requested a manager twice.

Sarento's is one of the best restaurants in the Wisconsin Dells area. This fabulous restaurant is famous for its fresh ingredients, unbeatable service, and a warm sophisticated atmosphere. I have visited the place four times on my way thru and past the Dells...I make it a stop whenever I can! The cuisine offered remarkable. I found this gem thru a local. There are other restaurants that have a better marketing posture but none can compare to Sarento's in food and ambiance. The bar area is really very cozy, the drinks top notch, and what really impressed me was that there was a "team" of staff taking care of the customers. It never felt over done, but more like being pampered. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the Wisconsin Dells....this is a local treasure. PS. On most nights delicate piano music sets the ambiance at the upper level bar/dining area. On several nights they have a one man entertainment show playing a keyboard and singing....not my particular cup of tea....just saying...

Pretty good thin crust pizza. Servers were very attentive and accurately delivered our large groups drinks and food. Nicely decorated. Love the bar area lay out.

Ambiance of an authentic Italian restaurant; warm, cozy, relaxed yet jovial atmosphere. We were seated in the bar area, which was louder than we would have INITIALLY liked. We soon appreciated the live entertainment, Brian Beebe, and the audience engagement throughout the room. We dine at Sarento's at least once a year. This last experience was by far the best. Our meals were done to perfection. The waitstaff was the finest service: timely, attentive, and friendly. The manager checked in with our table. Perfection. Oh, and the Italian Cream Cake was ah-MAZing. So good. Well done Sarento's. We'll be back.
