Had an amazing steak. I do mean amazing! So many places don't know how to cook a proper medium steak. It's either too done or not done enough. That was not the case here. I got a perfectly cooked medium steak. Being a professional chef I'm quite picky about my food. They went above and beyond awesome! Was very happy with our meals and service. Made our night even more memorable. Thanks folks.

So as far as the food goes it was definitely good for the area. They loose a star for no parking structure. You have to park in street or down the road. And another because I didn't care for the atmosphere. But staff was friendly and great.

We have been to the Char Haus 3 times over the past couple of months - for a Friday night fish fry, a weeknight dinner, and New Year's Eve. We have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is consistantly fast. We've had seafood, ribs, duck, and chicken - all equally delicious. The servers make us feel as though we are guests in their home. Love the exposed brick and copper ceiling.

Excellent Prime Rib. Extremely tender with terrific flavor. Cheese Curds were very good also. Joann was our waitress. She was sweet and efficient. Had a beer at the bar before dinner. Bartender was a nice guy. Overall a GREAT experience.

Disgusting. Over priced, poor quality food. Waitress took cracker and cheese away before we finished it. Soup was cold. Steak was not a good quality steak. (Wal-Mart has better). They cover the steak in way too many onion rings. This used to be the place to get a really good steak. Not any more.
