they ALWAYS get our order wrong. Main moon is better.

Aug 25, 2017
I have been a long time customer of kings wok( orders min 20.00 no less. Today's order was 28.00) I have always had good service until I met your cashier! A her. Asian decent. Not sure if she's a relative. In no offense, just clarifying that , as if it would have been a white person, I'd say of Caucasian decent! So again my order was mixed up two times, in the last month! I didn't complain last time, as I let it go. This time I ordered a certain item, and I had went back to exchange it! The lady worker came out to tell me that I need to be specific in ordering!!!!!!! Very rudely, she didn't even look at the facts or try to investigate that it may have been the cashier who was a white male who took it down wrong! I specifically told her, you have a brand new cashier here, It was clear as I watched him stop, and having to ask some of the staff to help him figure out the register or how to do things, that it was possible he took my order down wrong! As I know I was not wrong, and if I was I would admit it!!! I took time to bring it back, and that's how I get spoken too!??! I then had been there before, when this same women asked do I want my change? Totaling 15 cents? I looked at her, and said yes, she sighed loudly , and She threw it at me, causing a few pennies to fall she didn't say sorry, and didn't say thank you or goodbye or have a nice day, she turned around and walked away like she was mad at me that I wanted my change????? I am reporting this woman , as its not the first time! You would think, she seen my history of being a great customer, by looking up my phone number, and instead of insulting me, and being very rude, she could have just thought well this lady paid 28.00 for a meal, plus I was a regular for years. My phone number will show my history! Then think of how I took time to come back to have my order corrected, my time, my gas, my money!!!!! I was polite when I came back!!! She is very rude, and should not be in customer service period! I can say this, as every time I've gone to kings wok, and had her as my cashier, she's been very rude, disrespectful! As I am in customer service, and you are, and own the business i am guessing, has to know that word of mouth is the best advertising!!!! The fact you have now, there is a obviously new cashier there, shows he was new, as again my order was accidentally taken down incorrectly! I was even understanding about that. Again it's her!!!!! She comes out, assuming it's me that didn't say what I wanted, in which I clearly did! The cashier himself agreed it happened! So you lost a very, very good customer today!!! You may believe me, you may not! That is no way to run a business. She lacks skills in the field. In fact before I left another lady was right at the counter complaining, that she was shorted two egg rolls in her bag. This same lady argued with this customer saying she was wrong!!! I mean this is ridiculous, your worker is doubting all the customers saying we r wrong? When I know I wasn't!!! I can't believe how she is able to run that business for you, family or not! So thank you for taking the time to read this. I came in as a great customer to kings wok, and as i will not be coming back, I hope you get rid of her, or have her retrained on how to deal with customers, and instead of assuming the customers always wrong SHE HAS that backwards!!! Take care! ~Banayaaaa
