My first time having this type of cuisine. I was shocked! It was delicious. A blast of amazing flavors. I had a bûn bowl and my wife had a phó bowl. We shared and we both loved both dishes. Nice atmosphere also. We will definitely return!

Hue is a regularly visited restaurant in our family. Spicy soft egg noodle stir fry with chicken is my go-to. Always fresh, spicy and consistent. Cool vibe in a cool area, makes for a great date spot. Also notable are the spring roll and the beef skewers!

Food was really good and fresh. Great portion sizes. Service is very smooth and friendly. Drinks are priced fair. Food is close to over priced. Over all, it's a small time place that deserves a better location and needs work on presentation. Upscale potential in a low brow environment.

The food here is generally good and fresh, but the menu is rather limited and more Americanized than other Vietnamese places in the area. It's worth a try, especially if you're not too familiar with Vietnamese food (and perhaps want some guidance on what is what), or if you don't want a hardcore authentic experience. Hue has a lot of the "greatest hits" such as Pho, various curries, and (of course) a Friday fish fry, but this isn't the place for uncommon noodle soups, different kinds of seafood, frog legs, and such. The food is pricey compared to other Vietnamese places in town. The restaurant space itself is very comfortable and inviting (it projects an upscale, middle class look), and the service is great.

The chicken pho was absolutely amazing. Great craft beer options. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back again!
