So today, Sunday was a hot mess. Older red dyed hair lady looked so unhappy. Yelling across the place to her coworkers not to touch the computer and what a hot mess the day was for her. My waitress got interrupted while taking orders by her own manager who came to tell her "table 13 never asked for a manager". I hate to post the negative but honestly I felt bad for the employees. There's no organization at this place. The employees reflect their managers. Their manager should know to wait and not interrupt an order to tell her employee something while she's with customers. Managers need to be organized. Customers go out to eat to have a carefree, pleasant meal. It's frustrating to end up at a place where you pick up on all the negative energy from the employees.

Dirty silverware, took over an hour to bring food an hour and 23 min to be exact. Waited 45min for a refill, when they finally brought the refill there was a piece of a cigarette in the drink nasty !! They did not have orange juice or ice cream or half the things we tried to order Shame, used to be a great place to eat Breakfast. I have been going here for years, even prefer this location better than the other used to drive 25min to go here but has went downhill will not return

Went to IHOP Sunday morning at 8 am. Maybe 5 people there, good service, great food and great prices. We were out and on our way to church at 915 am. Not dissatisfied at all!

I feel like every time we have eaten here we have to wait like they are understaffed. Usually have to ask to get one or two missing side dishes, and slow on refills. The food is fine though.
