I will start by saying the food was very good but the delivery service is not. When I opened the door he kept pointing to the receipt in a very demanding voice that at first I didn't understand. Eventually it became clear he was demanding a tip and planned on holding the food hostage until tip was given. I had the tip ready but as a practice I only tip for good speedy delivery and this was not the case. I still gave him a small tip and he became very rude and frustrated with me.. I snatched the food from his hands and shut the door by saying tipping is an optional courtesy to people who deserve them. We will not be using this business again. Just lost a loyal customer

Twice now my delivery has been over an hour late without so much as an apology. Makes me a little sad because I had fond memories of this place growing up. Food is still good, but it feels to me like they don't really care about me as a customer. This will likely be the last time I order from here.

We tried it once after hearing recommendations from others. The food was just so-so (and that is being generous). In fact I would rate this place in the bottom third of Chinese restaurants. There is no room or atmosphere if you want to dine in.

I order from here quite offen. Always order the same thing bc I have a restricted diet and never get sick when I order from here. I will say delivery time seems to always be long. Not the “I’m hungry so it feels forever” long, but actually long. Unfortunatly, when I got my order this time I did not get the right entree. I would have just eaten it but it goes back to the restricted diet thing. I called to let them know very politely. Turns out it was my mistake bc I accidentally hit the wrong button. Just explaining that to me would have been fine, but getting yelled at by the gal on the phone about how it was definitely my fault is unprofessional and disrespectful. Needless to say I will not be giving them my business anymore.
