Convenient location for us. We enjoyed the Classic Beef sandwich and potato cakes (which comes as 2 pack - one for each of us) 👍

They advertise that they are open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:54, waited 4 minutes for them to decide if they were still open. They took my order, did not verify it and told me to pull ahead for the total. I pulled ahead to a very distressed employee, that clearly did not want to wait on me. When I received my receipt, (after paying), I immediately noticed that my order was not taken correctly. I enquired about the difference, I was told that I did not know what I had ordered. I was told that they were closed now, so no changes could be made. If you want to advertise that you are open until ten, be open until ten. Unacceptable service. The previous event took place three months ago. I figured that I would give try. I had received a digital coupon to my email. The coupon stated that if you buy a king Hawaiian fish sandwich, you get a "free fry and drink." The coupon stated to redeem the coupon, simply present the image of the coupon on you phone. I presented the coupon as stated, I was then told by management that I had to print the coupon. The reason given was that they needed a physical copy of the coupon for reimbursement. This is the first time ever anywhere that I experienced this with a digital smart phone coupon. I went to another arbys and the coupon presented on my phone as the coupon stated was accepted without hesitation. If this park street location does not want to accept corporate coupons that is their choice. If it is their policy that coupons need to be printed, when the coupon states, "to redeem, simply show this image on you phone to the cashier" then in the name of acceptable customer service they should supply a printer at their store so that their B.S policy can be followed without a 20 minute trip home and back. This location has customer service that is beyond belief terrible.

They have the meats. You have to remove some of the bread to tolerate it though. Still good for fast food.

I ate here last night 04/17/18 and we was SUPER disappointing with the burnt curly fries. I usually love Arby's and for the cost the food should not be burnt. Disappointing!

This ad is misleading. One would expect to be able to choose any two of the three. However, you can only have two standard gyros, because "there's not a register button" for anything else.
