This restaurant is amazing. There were 4 at our table. We split main meals so we could get dessert. I highly recommend saving room for dessert or at least buy it and take it with you. It worth it. The meal of fettuccine with spinach and mushrooms was delicious. I ate every bite. The pretzel appetizer was worth every calorie. Take a break from shopping and relax at the Twisted Willow.

We went there for the Easter menu then again for a Friday night out with friends. On both occasions the food was fantastic. We had Rose for our server on Easter and Mark on Friday night. Both of them did an awesome job recommending entrees and taking care of our needs throughout dinner. Great atmosphere. The sirloin was delicious. But my favorite was the sinfully amazing carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I highly recommend trying it. The Asian salmon was also full of flavor and perfectly cooked.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Hands down the best food I've ever had (sorry mom but its true). The staff were amazing and attentive. They really went above and beyond to create a great dining experience. I had the Sirloin Filet which was amazing even down to the mashed potatoes and veggies. My girlfriend had the Shrimp pasta and she says it was amazing. I want to come back and try some more dishes, they all sounded awesome.

Valentine's Eve dinner last night with the Mrs. She needs to eat Gluten Free and Twisted Willow did not disappoint. This was our first time here as we do not get to Port Washington a lot. LOTS of Gluten Free options here. Food was FANTASTIC! My wife ordered the Shrimp Pasta with gluten free linguine noodles. She raved about it the entire time we were eating. Even the hubby got to try it and loved it. Hubby got the Asian BBQ Salmon which was also FANTASTIC. The menu selections are awesome here, for those who have special diet needs and those like me who have no diet restrictions (and usually overeats). Almost all of their foods are individually chosen from local farms & businesses so that you know it's fresh and of the highest quality. The waitress (Rose, I believe her name was) was also very friendly, knowledgeable - especially to the gluten free options we had - and also very genuine and caring in her interaction with us. So many times, it seems like waitresses at restaurants are trained into interacting with customers a certain way and it seems almost "too nice", which makes them seem fake. So for Rose being herself, kind, and genuine, we thank her. We WILL be back at Twisted Willow again. Maybe with family/friends next time.

Food was great. Waitress was awesome. You are better to make reservations. We were in a back room with no view, on the top floor, but got seated right away.prices may have been a little high, but well worth the price.
