Worst Papa Murphy’s we have ever been to. I ordered 4 pizzas this morning so my husband could pick them up on his way home. They only gave him 3. After he called me he went back in and told them what happened. So they made the other pizza. Too bad they made the wrong pizza and it was supposed to be a family size not a large. Don’t waste your time at this location. No refund no apology. Nothing. Terrible customer service.

My family loves getting pizza from Papa Murphy's in Holmen! It's always ready when I get there if I call ahead, or quickly made in front of me if I don't. The staff is really friendly and fun and they look like they really like being at work. The manager, Jolynn, came out last time we were there and offered my young child a sticker. It was very nice!! We live between the Onalaska and Holmen locations and choose Holmen every time!!

We came in at 6:41 pm no other customers were in the store. Ordered our pizza, then other customers came in and ordered their pizza and their pizza got made right away before ours. 10 minutes later they tell us that they are out of family size crusts. How can you be out of family size crusts? I never had that happen before at a Papa Murphy's. So we tell them we will take 2 larges, In the mean time more customers come in and place their order and the workers make their pizza right away while we are still waiting. One of your Employees was so worried about making her parents pizzas before everyone elses that there were call ahead customers that their pizzas never even got made. We finally get one pizza, my husband takes it out to the car and comes right back in and gets ask if he is there for pick up. No we have been here for 20 minutes waiting for our pizzas. Really?... needless to say we left there at 7:15 pm with our Pizza's a half hour later. The employees looked like they are High School Students and if they are, where is the Manager to help organize and guide these employees on a busy Friday night? Another thing, when employees put their gloves on and are waiting to make a pizza, you are not suppose to be touching your hat or pulling your pants up and then make a pizza. That is not sanitary. You are working in the food business. Never coming back to the Holmen store again.

Pizza seems pretty decent, short of toppings-especially cheese but, for the price it's worth it to buy a bag of cheese and add it! Can't beat the $5 carry out special and the side items are pretty good as well (taste and price).

Great deal for pizza. Pretty sure the staff is stoned every time I go in there :)
