My experience started terrible, ordered a custom cookie dough Chocolate cake with dinosaurs…. Well my cake wasn’t made when I went to pick it up and not enough time to make one. I admit I was very mad and not very nice right away, after the manger said she would do her best to make a cake on the fly I went out to my car to cry and to calm down. When I came back in the manager really did an amazing job. She even put cookie dough bites around the boarder. My son saw chocolate ice cream, cookie dough and dinosaurs and was none the wiser. Thank you so very much for turning a bad situation into a good one!!!

Stopped in for lunch. I saw the delivery truck was there, so I knew they would be busy unloading it. One woman working front counter, one cooking and one unloading...everyone working hard with the exception of one person. Sitting at the head table was a man behind a laptop doing his uninteruptable cost of labor or goods sold spreadsheets. He clearly saw they needed help but couldn't see fit to get off his @$$ and pitch in. I was in no hurry, so I told the woman working the drive and front counter to not worry about me. When she finally got to me, she apologized and thanked me for waiting. Her service was great, the food was good and the blizzard was served upside down delivered to my table after eating my meal. The only downside to the visit was the gentleman who seemed to think he was too important to help an employee during a situation where she clearly could have used some assistance.

Went through the drive thru tonight to get the new oreo dirt cake blizzard. My boyfriend and I each got mediums there was not a single gummy worm in my boyfriends blizzard and there was a total of two in mine. I am very disappointed as I was very excited for this but was let down

Been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a simple chicken strip basket. Everyone who came after me got their food. Mine was eventually brought out. Order was wrong. Had to go inside and wait even longer.
