We waited in line for 1/2 hr only 3 ppl ahead of us. This is the 3rd time we have waited a rediculous amount of time to be served. Also my salad was maybe 1/2 the size it should have been and the spinach was chopped so it was nasty by the time we got home.

We really like going to this Subway location hallelujah because the other one here in Ona is terrible service wise. The Service is good and the cashiers and sub makers are polite. My food is always very good and tastes great. The only thing is is that my Grandmother did find a hair in her sub here once which is gross but I do believe it can happen anywhere. The workers all wear caps and have their hair tied back so it was just an accident. They did give her her money back so that was good of them and good business to customer techniques. The store itself is inside Walmart im Ona and it is always very clean, just wish it was a little bigger!

I've eaten at this location probably 6-7 times in the last six months. Two of those times I got food poisoning afterward. The most recent time (a couple weeks ago) my wife and I both ate here and we both got sick, and it was all we had eaten yet for the day so the cause was obvious. Not to mention the "roasted" chicken was cold and the ingredients didn't taste fresh. I don't plan on coming back.

Well I love the place and the food. But the sandwich artist I had was just awful. She cut the bread horribly, overloaded the saurkraut, and put way too much ranch and mayo. By the time I got home (I live a mile away) my bread was soggy and disgusting. I will not be getting food from her again.
