When in the mood for a salad, you need to head to Bricks. Their salads always have the best and freshest ingredients. Each salad is a wonderful composition of flavors which deliver a delightful experience. There is no place better for a salad. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere calm and mellow.

I've only been to Bricks a few times, but I'm always treated as a regular. Tonight I ordered to go and decided to have another wine after they ran my tab. There was no scowling or difficulty. They just changed it. The staff is wonderful and attentive and it's so appreciated!

This place is fantastic. If you like Bruschetta, you have to get their appetizer. After we were done I wished I would have gotten 3 orders of it. So good!

My wife and I found ourselves enjoying pizza in Naples Italy earlier this year. As we finished our amazing meal we both commented that we honestly preferred the amazing pizza from Bricks in our hometown of Hudson. Bricks has consistently great food and service and the owner is both friendly and personable to all who enter. If you enjoy authentic wood fire pizza you have found your new home. Cheers!!
