Don't worry about the haters folks. I own a business up the road and my employees and myself come here two to three times a week. The general manager Al is awesome and will personally bring food up to us when we order. The food is amazing, the wait staff is amazing and the bartenders are amazing. Now for the best part!! The food is amazing and priced correct for the quality and quantity of what you are given. Check my history. I never leave reviews like this for any restraint .however this one is special and desreves a huge shout out for.giing above and beyond and doing what it takes to stand out! Whiskey Ranch!! My hat is off to you!! Keep it up!! Sorry forgot to mention the daily events during the week from bingo to trivia. It's always fresh and fun!!

Great food, much more then typical bar food. The atmosphere during the day is relaxed and chill. Prices on beers outside of happy hour are a little more then I want to pay.

IMHO the best burgers in Janesville. Food has been terrific every time we have been there. A little noisey but good atmosphere. Come earlier for less waiting for a table. Popular for a reason!

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, once seated (around 730 pm) we were told they were out of the special for the night. That being said, wait staff was very polite and attentive, the owner(I presume) was help and checking on people the whole time, and despite the tiny tiny kitchen, out food came out in an acceptable time frame and was FANTASTIC. I would definitely come back, probably even wait 30 mins for a seat again.

W. R. is just plain fun. A local propierters take on Texas home restaurant - in a way reminding me of Texas Roadhouse style but far more personal. On weekends it can be busy by 4:30. Backed up waiting by 5:30. Entrees have numerous side options to personalize your meal. Wait staff keeps water glasses full and help each other serve tables with ordered items regardless of who your waiter/waitress might be. Many varied draft selections and fun cocktail choices. During busy times and music is playing, it can be loud for table talk. It was too loud for ours. We'll be back to march further down their list of entrees. Ribs were home slow smoked. Baked beans-homemade and very good. Many fried typical appetizers for similar places but even fried pickles were tastie.
