I am furious! Was in drive through for over 20 min. Two cars behind me left after ordering tired of waiting. When I got to drive through I asked the male working what is taking so long people left drive through and all I ordered was a soda waiting 20 min for it. He told me exactly “it’s not my f@@@@@g problem we are short staffed”. I asked for the managers name he said “it’s none of my business”. I said I want the manager now. He said “to f@@@@@g bad”. Mind you I had my two children under age 6 in car listening to him curse. Finally he slammed window and a woman came over and said she was Erica and he was Eric and they don’t have to tell us their names and that I should have went into gas station connected for a soda faster. If I would have known they where this lazy I would have for sure! Calling corporate tomorrow! I’m disgusted at this place and the lazy idiots working there

The last 3 times we've gone through the drive-thru, we waited about 10 minutes in line and they've forgotten 1-2 items from our order. This last time, we actually checked before we left and had to go in to collect our missing items. We were met by someone who, for some reason, couldn't help; the next person was extremely rude as if we had inconvenienced them by asking them to retrieve our missing items. Once received, the items were stale and cold, but at this point we had already waited an additional 15 minutes for them to get us our missing order of fries and a sandwich. Both were obviously made hours ago. Also, 2 soda choices were out and the Ice machine was broken.

This place was horrible. The first got our order wrong by not giving us our complete order. The our plain hamburgers still had toppings on them cause someone just scraped the toppings off. I think the flies were trying to carry us and our food away. 1 year later and we decided to try our luck again. Apparently they still cannot get their act together. We went through the drive through thinking it would be quick. It was anything but quick. They asked us to pull forward that it would be a minute. So we did. After ten minutes of sitting my wife went inside only to find out our or was lost and they had to make it cause it wasn't even made in the first place. McDonald's corporate needs to shut this crappy place down or get some real management running the place since the current cannot do anything right. It is crappy run McDonald's locations like this that are making all if them get a bad reputation.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Just wanted a couple McChickens and a McDouble... Drive Thru works on a different principal of time. I started writing this while waiting 12 minutes after ordering. Was greeted with "3.79". Gives her money, receives food, receives change and no thank or anything. Sure it's a McDonald's so don't expect much... And I got the incorrect change back. I don't want to waste more time, so I'm not bothering going back in for the extra $5...

Terrible. Waited in drive thru line for 15 min. for a coffee and 2 waters. Employee never said anything, not even thank you. Then she forgot our straws. My coffee cup had an old stain on the bottom. Don’t go here!
