If I could give negative stars I would. 30% chance of getting the correct food is being generous, 50% chance that they're still open within 2 hours of their "1 am" close time. Was in line once with multiple cars behind me and all the lights went out and they came out and said they were closing and walked away. Guy that works nights at the window sucks. Crumpled up the receipt and tossed it to me. I have low expectations for fast food restaurants but wow. It's almost impressive.

Upon entering I went directly to the counter, I was not greeted nor told that someone would be with me in a moment. I stood there for 2 and a half minutes with workers looking at me and not saying a word. Finally the manager told someone to get counter. This place is a disaster, food all over the counters they prep your food on, bags and food all over the floor in the prep area. The manager obviously isn't doing a good job if she can't get her employees to do any work. Finally when our food was done they put all of it in a small bag. My soft shelled taco on the bottom getting flattened and my cinnamon twists practically falling out of the top of the bag with a crunchwrap supreme in the center. If you like to stand around and wait for terrible service and unfriendly staff this place is perfect. Will not ever go here again.

DONT GO HERE! Worst Taco Bell, ever! Ridiculously slow wait times (20 minutes+) Constantly make food wrong. Portions too small. Very messy kitchen, completely visible from the counter. All of the employees drag their feet, even during a rush with cars lined up around the building. After making an order wrong they refused to return the cash paid, citing a manager was needed and one wasn't available. Worst Taco Bell, ever. DON'T GO HERE! EDIT: Went back the next day, still no manager, still no refund. We're not going back.

When going to the Little Chute TB, prepare to be disappointed. The employees are rude and your order will most likely be wrong EVERY. TIME. We go to this one quite frequently because it's the closest TB and our order has never been correct. And no, how busy it is doesn't matter. I've worked fast food and understand how hard it can be sometimes, but this goes beyond excuses.

I asked for beef, they gave me chicken. My burrito was hard, cold, and old. The only thing that wasn’t horrible was my hard shell taco because I don’t mind those cold. What a joke.
