The server seated us promptly and was very polite. Our soup was delivered quickly and was very good. Our entrees were served after we had been given the perfect amount of time for some conversation. I selected the Mongolian Beef, and my date had the Cashew Shrimp. We both enjoyed our meals immensely. I/We highly recommend this establishment and are looking forward to going back very soon.

Excellent service and tasty food. Was served water promptly, and our order was taken quickly after that. Food came out of the kitchen piping hot and in a large quantity for the lunch special and entrees. Prices are a tad high for Chinese food, however the quality is definitely there.

I'm not sure why this restaurant even have good ratings. I mean it definitely tricked me into going to Bao Ju for my first time ever living in Neenah for years. The only reason why I'm giving this restaurant a three star is because I got my food within 10 minutes. However, the egg rolls were super oily and so were the crab meat ragoons. Everything else i ordered was okay, kinda bland. But the funny thing was, as soon as I walked in, there were two waitresses who just stared at me until I asked where I can order for take out. Didn't even say hi or anything. They pointed me to the bar area where the guy (maybe the owner, not sure) I didn't even see him when i walked in, but he ended up taking my order. He takes my order and then goes to take a shot of alcohol drink. LOL. One waitress was taking photos of herself and then the other was watching a drama on her tablet. I mean I guess it's okay since it is their restaurant. But they definitely made me feel very awkward as I was standing and waiting for my food. Would I go there again? No. Are the foods overly priced for the quality of their food? Yes. Are the portions good? Yes. Do I recommend people to go here? ehhhhh... i guess if you're super hungry and want asian food then yes, but otherwise, go somewhere else.

The Bao Ju is a first rate Chinese restaurant. Unlike most of the Chinese restaurants in the area they do not have a buffet. They offer both table service and take out service. Their menu spans a number of cuisines from Cantonese to Hunan. I order take out at the restaurant so I can enjoy the fragrance of the kitchen. I usually get what I have ordered in less than 10 minutes and much faster when I phone ahead. The proprietor and his staff are very friendly and remember their customer's habits.

Great place for far East dining, most of the meals are made from scratch so the wait is a little longer for food but well worth the wait. They transform the restaurant for a classier feel during supper. Never had a bad meal there and highly recommend stopping by. Check thehours before planning a trip as they are not open all the time.
