Great food and great service at about 4:30am. Awesome for those who normally work 3rd shift and when on vacation don't always sleep at "typical" time.

Worst customer service ever I pre-ordered my food 45 minutes in advance when I arrived my food was not done after I had to wait 15 more minutes the waiter Charles told me that I was not important that the customers in diner where more important than me. He did not apologize about the delay at all instead yelled at me.....

This Webb's is plagued by under staffing and overcrowding. I have been here twice in recent history and while both times were on the weekend and I would assume they would be slower, it was unacceptable. Both times we had to wait for service and food for quite some time making the total time visiting over an hour each. The first time it took over 1.5 hours from start to finish but the food was at least edible even though they were grossly understaffed. The second time took almost as long but the eggs over easy had the WHITES of the eggs runny too, making it way under-cooked and the bacon was burnt and hard as a rock. Even when we ordered a large orange juice it took 15 minutes and a small was brought to us (even though we were charged for a large and had to dispute the bill). I wish it was better as each time we are explained that there are new employees learning, but it's a continuous cycle and they never have veterans making decent food. We won't be coming back

24 hours a day, good prices and nothing fancy. Just what the doctor ordered.
