5 Stars isn't enough. We had terrific service, food and experience from the moment we walked in. Kelly was an amazing server who made amazing recommendations. Can't wait until we are able to eat here again. Priced reasonably for the quality and service you'll receive. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a locally owned unique restaurant.

Fabulous, cozy ambiance. Food that is so good it is always on the menu. Waited on hand and foot by staff that is like family. Ask Eric behind the bar for his impecable wine recommendation or he will make you your cocktail of choice. To top it off depending on the evening, Johnny Chimes is serving up his beautiful jazz on piano and vocals. Win win!

On the pricier side, but well worth it for a fantastic meal. I have never been more blown away by how good a dish tastes than when I tried the Pecan Catfish for the first time. Excellent atmosphere and excellent service!

Incredible food in a cozy and intimate dining room! We dined during a snow storm, so we weren't able to experience a live piano performance; however, our first experience at Louisanne's was impressive and delectable. We ordered the crab cheesecake appetizer (delicious!), followed by a special (blackened grouper) and lemon pesto shrimp and scallops. Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely exquisite. At first, we wondered why tables who had ordered after us were receiving their courses before us. We hadn't finished our appetizer as we were saving room for our main courses. Waiting and growing more hungry again, we finished the last bites of the appetizer. Within seconds, our soup and salads arrived and we quickly realized what was happening (and so rarely happens in restaurants) - the staff was perfectly timing the firing and delivery of each course of our meals. It's rare for service staff execute this well and Louisanne's nailed it. Louisanne's was absolutely wonderful and we'll be back!

Great food with strong cajin influence. This place has been around forever and for good reason. That said: if there are wheelchair accommodation, they are will hidden. This basement location requires stairs to enter. Decent prices, an okay beer list and a variety of wines, along with a full bar. Strongly recommend the place.
