I'm less than impressed with the customer service here. Admittedly I don't shop here often but the few times I have the cashiers are borderline rude and seem disinterested in engaging their customers on all levels. The last time I went I just wanted a few burgers to go but stood in line for at least 5 minutes listening to the cashier try to persuade her manager to "let her give her friend a deal", (the friend was ahead of me in line) so I finally decided to use the bathroom first and try again. When I approached the second time the same cashier was at the register and wouldn't even give me eye contact. She seemed to hate her job and made no effort to engage me as a customer beyond taking my money. It's a small complaint but the attitudes of those in customer service mean a lot.

This Burger King has really been shaping up in the last well, quite a few months. With the presence of a new general manager, and a new district manager, the store has really been improving a lot. The staff here are very nice, courteous, they try to be as prompt and fast as they can with your food, and get you out of there quickly. And there's some new managers there that are really making things happen for the better there. The store is clean, always decently staffed. I would prefer to go to this Burger King as opposed to the one across town now.

The employees here are super friendly and have great customer service! More than willing to make it a great! The young lady who brought me out my food was very apologetic for the wait and my food was super hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning.

They have a no loitering policy that they are too afraid of enforcing due to the fear of being shanked. Urban sprawl has not been kind to this establishment.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I WOULD! We just went through the drive thru and they told us to pull around they were making fresh chicken fries they would be right out, FIFTEEN minutes later my husband has to GO IN to see if our order is ready even though there is no one else at the joint, and the guy walks up to the counter and says uh can I help you, my husband says yeah I'd like my order I've been waiting for! The girl behind the counter says omg, we forgot their order, didn't even have it bagged or anything, what a freaking joke seriously! Idk if there is a manager on duty at this time, or who the manager might be, but your employees customer service SUCKS, and your management team is lacking if this isbthe service customers get from your establishment, and being in management myself, this is not Ok!
