Service: hostess was friendly and helpful. Made eye contact and smiled. Bartender Jacob was excellent. Made great drinks, offered great food recommendations. Food: ordered the Slow Burn burger, it was cooked to perfection. The patty held together in the bun, but was very juicy and fell apart nicely when eating. The rest of the menu items were very innovative. (Weekly special was fried green tomato burger!) Atmosphere: Very clean, updated feel. Fireplaces inside and out gave a warm feel. High ceilings, but quiet. Bathrooms were clean and chic. Couldn't find a flaw. They nailed it!

The food was delicious. My sister got the turkey Reuben basket and I got fish sandwich basket. French fries were yummy and prices reasonable. The inside of the restaurant was comfortable and roomy. Pleasant experience overall.

My wife and I are frequent diners at Mahoney's. The menu is focused while offering a nice variety, the ingredients fresh and the dishes well executed. We have tried most of the menu and each dish is an unique and appealing experience. I enjoy their Friday fish specials and think they cannot be beat for their haddock, but a recent discovery of the blackened cod will vie for my attention- very spicy and savory. The cheese curds are in the area's top tier. The only challenge has been determining whether to wait for a table on busy nights; the hostesses seem to default to estimating ten minutes until you're seated, no matter how long it actually takes - so if you have time constraints call for reservations.

Food was good... Had the chicken and bacon wrapped. Ordered a glass of wine but felt it was kind of a '''light" pour. For $7 a glass just off of campus I was hoping for enough Pinot Girigio at noon on a Sunday to get a slightly above mild buzz. The waitress was pleasant and I felt like if I did bring the wine volume situation to her attention there was a good chance that she might have acknowledged my concern. On the flip side she may have judged me a 'drunk' or worse an alcoholic and called the cops on me for being a jackass booze hound. Anyway go there. It's good.

Food is delicious. Never a long wait if at all. Service has been wonderful. My kids love their grill cheese. We love the truffle fries. Clam Chowder soup was amazing tonight and so we're the drinks!
