Service was okay, I was not impressed with the food. I ordered a Tom's special and the burger looked nothing like the picture. It honestly tasted and looked like a burger I could buy frozen from a grocery store. The cheese curds, man, what a disappointment. Wal-Mart has better cheese curds. It looked crispy and delicious but the cheese was just plain and not exciting. I gave it two stars because while I was there, two songs from my favorite band, played in the background.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise this place was. On my 1st visit I was amazed at the fast, friendly service and on each visit since they have maintained the high level of quality, fast service & value for the dollar. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Tom's has great food but even better POPCORN.. you read that right POPCORN at a Drive-in... it is worth the trip every time. Make a trip get a great burger and fries but take hone a large POPCORN. You will thank me later.

Usually have been very satisfied with this location. This time however was a bit different. The employee taking the orders was only half paying attention and when we customised a sandwich she still got it wrong even though we repeated it three times. The guy cooking had a huge head of frizzy hair and was constantly fluffing it. Was better before, perhaps a fluke? Gave it 2 stars. Update: 9/21/17 visited during the lunch hour. Found the restaurant to be clean, the counter person friendly. Received my order quickly. The food was hot, the quantity was generous and the overall experience much improved over my last visit. I did call the district manager after my last encounter and he apologized and said he'd address the concerns. From what I can tell, it seems to have worked. Gave it 4 stars.
