This is a local legend. Good burgers for a low price. Go ahead and order the double as the burgers are small. Fries are thin and long. Cooked to perfection. This is not a supper club. It's a hole in the wall diner that used to be surrounded by a parking garage. This remodel left the place bigger and brighter. Los of the namesake Kewpie dolls on display. Today was my first visit with someone who had never been to Kewpies before. He was surprised by a lunch bill under $30 for 7 people, even allowing that one had only coffee. It was a reminder that I need to get downtown more often.

They ONLY TAKE CASH! I'd give them a 4 star if they took plastic. Good fries, nice but small burgers & shakes. Not a lot a seating, no table side service. Decent prices.

Really nice service. Had two separate orders and was asked to make sure that the orders be separated a while after I placed them. The gentleman was already on it!!! Love this type of service. More businesses can learn from you. People first not money. This is why they can set their own hours; plus they provide a great product.

Real throw back. No frills. Good burgers and fries. Good service. Bring cash and an appetite.

It's not my favorite place in Racine. The root beer is honestly the best part for me. Usually when we go, it's always busy. That is a turnoff. The burgers are not my favorite, but the fries are good.
