The ambience it alright for a Chinese restaurant. They do offer a buffet during lunch hours. The budget is fairly priced but I tend to gravitate to ordering of the regular menu as I think there quality is better. The menu has plenty of options. I typically get a lo mein dish. If you're looking for the calamari on the menu you might not see it because it is just called squid. It is a salt and pepper concoction which is pretty good. I never tried any desserts but for appetizers I would recommend the dumplings. Hope this helps.

I go for the lunch buffet..it is always good to very good. it is not one of those 100 item Chinese buffets that you see on major streets in the suburbs. they have about a dozen or so selections not counting desert, soup etc. the price is very fair and the service is always good . I am giving 4 stars . but the lunch buffet is a 4.5 or even a 5 on some days (bob lanier liked wm. ho's too.)

This place is horrible. If you go here please do not use your credit card. Mine was over charged and when I called to let them know the guy on the phone was very rude and tried to over talk me and told me to wait two weeks to get my money. Really!! He tried to say my bank over charged me which was dumb. I refuse to spend my money at this place. Very bad customer service!

Was just a horrible experience will never order again. I ordered a delivery last night I was told the food would be there within the hour. The food came 2 and a half hours later and it was cold and old. I was over charged on my card and when I called to explain the situation the manager proceeded to get loud with me and kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk or finish. I ended up hanging up because I'm not going to listen to this lady yell in my ear about me trying to talk and complain about they cold nasty old food that they serve.. NEVER EVER AGAIN GO ANYWHERE ELSE place don't deserve any stars

William Ho’s once had promise in my mind, especially since I live down the block. In my recent experiences the contrary has been confirmed... it’s just another business void of a special characteristic or offer to be experienced. In fact, last month among my 2nd last experience, I called in 13 minutes to midnight (when they close) and concisely asked for a to go order of General Tso’s, a dish they have had prepared for me within less than 10 min in the past. I said I could walk over in 10 minutes since I lived down the block. What I received in return was an answer along the lines of ‘no, no, no. That’s too late. We don’t do that.’ You should consider changing your closing time to 11:47 pm in that case. Furthermore, my last experience today involved their buffet. Most of the food was your typical American Chinese cuisine. However, I had to ask to have General Tso’s refilled and most of the food appeared and was sitting on the line for a considerable time. That said, General Tso’s has a nice placement in the community, offering mediocre food along with spotty service. I don’t recommend taking your money here unless your pushed into choosing this place for some reason.
