Popeye's on the east side sucks the only place I know that's a Chicken Shack don't have chicken. It never fails every time I come there it's always a 12 to 15 minute wait on chicken they need to stop hiring young kids and young managers and get some older people in there to manage the company the owner needs to start paying attention and why his business is going down the drain

Every time I've been here I've hair to wait 20+ minutes. Tried giving them multiple chances, thinking perhaps they just had a rough few days. That doesn't seem to be the case. On top of that, there wasn't a single table that looked as if it had been wiped off all day, and the floors were very dirty. I'll never return, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Fast service, but the store leaves a lot to be desired. The door ground on the frame when I entered the establishment. The lighting in the entry way was sub par, and the place just seemed kind of dull and little bit dirty around the edges-- like it hadn't seen a really good deep cleaning in a long time. However the critical areas seemed clean. All the stainless steel in the place was clean and polished. Still, decided to take the food to go, instead of sitting down because of the afore mentioned issues. The staff were courteous enough, but lacked that certain je ne sais quoi. They didn't have that fire for customer service. Food was good though. All in all a very lackluster performance by the crew at this popeyes

3 dykes working tonight, one on drive thru, one a cashier and the other I don’t know. They were rude af, not a thank you, not a have a good day, nothing! I ordered the same exact thing and I noticed my orders came out totally different. Like, just quit if you don’t wanna be here lil bih!
