Harvest Market offers the tastiest and most interesting food in town at a great price! Don't be fooled by its placement in the hospital. This place is a gem!

Ive been there dozens of times and never disappointed by their food, clean eating & everyone is always smiling. The cooks are great. The head chef makes amazing new things. Ill never get over the pulled pheasant sandwhich. I brought them to my boss and my dad; by far a favorite sandwhich for all of us. The cookies are my favorite. But everything is good from the stirfry, salads, flatbread pizzas the breakfast is great. Ill keep coming back forever.

Without a doubt the BEST restaurant in Watertown, and possibly in Jefferson and Dodge counties. Only, it's not really a restaurant. Or it is. What is it? It's the cafe/kitchen inside the Watertown Hospital. They have a cafe, a nice coffee shop and they're open for lunch and dinner and some limited breakfast. I believe they also make all the meals for the patients. They have a mix of entrees and flatbreads. Generally everything is locally sourced and made-to-order in their open-view kitchen while you wait. Check out the photos for a few pics of the menu, which changes fairly frequently.
