Rib tips, brisket, and sauce were great! Service was also really good. Pro tip show up early or don't be disappointed if they ran out of what you love. They are expanding so the space will be big enough for some actual seating. Alicia is the best and is running a really successful business over there. If you love ribs and are anywhere near the south side of Waukesha hit it up.

Really good food and delicious. Long wait for it but we'll worth it. Didn't have any spare ribs which was our main thing to try for our first time. Very small seating, but they are renovating to get more and new seats. Because of that, 4 stars but do not be deterred. The food is delicious and will update rating next time we go!

If the smells don't lure you in from a mile away, then let this review convince you to stop in at Pat's. Everything about this place screams authentic BBQ. Perfect decor and atmosphere, great service, incredible food. Feels like a real hole in the wall BBQ joint. If you like barbecue and live in the Milwaukee area you are doing yourself a disservice by not coming here to try their food. It's that good.

Best ribs ever! All the food is delicious and large portions. Love the home made sauces. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Really enjoyed the blues playing while we had dinner. Can't wait to come back!

this place has some of the best ribs and fried chicken in town. Although there's always a little bit of a wait it's definitely worth it. The food is always well-seasoned and the sauces are definitely spot on. My wife and eyes favorite sauces are the apple chutney and Pat's house. The staff is incredibly friendly, they make you feel right at home.
