We went for my father's birthday dinner, from the drink order to the payment everything was awful. The server asked which drinks we wanted, to which my father said he would like a water. The server without confirming if anyone else at the table would like anything else said "waters" then walked away abruptly. When the food had come out everything looked good however I found some tin foil surprise in the salsa that came with my fajitas. I had inquired with the older male server what that was and he responded stating that it was tin foil from the beers and that it wasn't going to kill me (how do you get tin foil from the beers in your salsa?) he asked if I would like a replacement to which I questioned if it would come from the same place? He confirmed that it would and offered a different sauce to which I accepted. When the replacement sauce came out the portion was very little and the ramekin was not even a quarter full. No one came to check on our food to see how it was and to top it all off the two servers were waiting on the table next to me's every word, the older male server even sat down with that table and had a nice long conversation. After finishing our food the other server came back and asked if we wanted anything else, I said no and she then said just the bill, and asked if I needed the machine I said yes, she then comes back with the bill a few minutes later but no machine, I wait for a couple of minutes then proceed to the bar to stand next to the machine (meanwhile the older male server is still having his nice conversation with the table that was next to me) I was waiting at the bar for about 5 or 6 minutes. The other server comes back and says sorry for the wait however at this point I just wanted to get out of there, I usually tip 20% minimum and maybe even more if the service is excellent however I have awarded my lowest tip of the year to them which was 5% and they are lucky that they even got that. I then proceeded to say have a nice day and walked out. These two servers have a very long way to go to provide good service at minimum. I do not believe I'll be going back to try the tin salsa special.

I used to come here frequently years ago & am glad to return!! Nice and clean interior with festive decor... and the food was amazing!! My favourite years ago was the calimari & it was just as good today!! Entrees were delicious & artfully plated. Service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind... we were there to chat & enjoy ourselves. Will go again!

Amazing, fresh, & flavourful food; plenty of options for gluten free meals!! No trouble adjusting for dairy-free entree. Reasonable price for a filling meal.

Been here twice now and will definitely go back. Excellent food, nice cozy ambience and for tonight ( nice live entertainment - an acoustic guitar and singer). Oh, lets not forget, a most excellent coffee.
