Went here tonight because my son loves Ribs. It wasn’t busy at all, which surprised us for a Friday night. Got seated right away. Server was prompt and polite so no complaints there. The food though is just average. My son loved his ribs but anything other than ribs is just meh. Nothing wrong with the place. Just don’t go in with high expectations.

I don't even know where to start. Our first visit to this place and it's definitely going to be the last. In summary: I never had such a bad experience with service here in Calgary. It was disastrous. Starting with the person who received us, she seemed mad when greeted us. Then not sure if the guy that served us was too tired, stressed out or what. But I was still finishing my food and he offered to bring the bill (the restaurant wasn't even packed). He didn't even offer coffee, dessert or anything else. When we asked to see the dessert menu he was waiting right there for us to decide. When we asked for a minute, he disappeared forever. So we actually didn't get desert. No one there seemed to know the menu, we were asking the difference between the ribs and they didn't know. Food was so mediocre too. Worst calamari I've had. And ribs were just meh. Have had way better ribs at other places. I guess this is not a summary, sorry...but it was just so bad. Never coming back.

We had been here in the past -- twice, both times had disappointing service all around so we were hesitant in returning for a third time. I'm glad we did because they were able to change our opinion completely. There was a minor hiccup with one of our meals and they were so quick to fix it and went above and beyond. Food was hot and fresh, it was fast, and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely return with a lot more confidence!

Had very good experience our first time at this restaurant. Very good customer service. Good food.

The best luncheon experience of my life. Day date with my wife we both had havarti burger and shared the onion loaf. Glasses were never empty, server was always present but never in the way. It was perfect.. No more Montana's for us!
