There was not a single thing good about my bbq pork on vermicelli noodles. I will list what was poor (everything): - average amount of noodles, lack of vegetables in comparison with any other Vietnamese restaurant - meat is dry and over cooked - the spring rolls had a worse but similar taste and texture to pigs in a blanket from coop (basically low quality ground meat) - there is still a lingering after taste that is making me feel sick After arriving there I realized I had picked up from there once before and got the same order. The experience was equally as bad and I must have blacked it out from my memory... Maybe third time is a charm but it certainly isn't worth the risk.

Wow...very disappointing. The food was below average in taste and portions and over priced. Service was disappointing...the owner was offended when I wanted to switch tables due to an overpowering urine like smell. The ambience was non-existent; it felt like a tomb. Not recommended.

Great pho broth, but pretty tough and fatty beef, even for the rare

Pretty good Vietnamese food at Mimosa...they don't give you the portions you may get elsewhere but pretty good quality. Service isn't to bad.

I never used to be a fan of the Pho at this place, but always loved the charbroiled beef Rice vermicelli dish. Spring rolls and salad rolls are great. And now their satay pho (spicy beef noodle soup) is also some of the best I've had in Calgary. Sometimes things can be slow for a small quaint place but that also means their kitchen is small and the place is always packed at the usual busy times. But the owner/host/server is great and always tries to make everyone feel comfortable and smile.
