I have been coming here since about 2008-2009 and I have always had exceptional service, food has been delicious consistent and pretty standard, better than some I’ve had (literally around the world). Staff have always been more than welcoming, friendly and ready to accommodate. Sometimes it gets busy and as a family run establishment you may have to wait a bit longer, but it is by far worth it.

Have been here numerous times and enjoy the food. Gave it 3 stars because the customer service is hit and miss...it would be nice if the staff could offer up a smile now and then. The food is on par with most authentic Vietnamese, nothing super special, but there is more than enough variety on the menu to suite everyone’s tastes.

The worst service we have ever received. Walked in, no smile, no hello, the man simply pointed to a dirty table. After 15 min he comes to our table and says 'you okay?' And we ordered. No smile, no acknowledgement.... nothing. Food came fast from a female server in sweats but was dropped off in stages without eye contact. We ate, food was mediocre. My husband ordered satay beef and didnt get it. Sat for a long while with dirty dishes. When we finally decided we had to go, we looked around for staff, but found none. The female waitress was sitting and eating with a friend and the man/manager? Was on a personal phone call when we called out to her for the bill. She did not speak to us but pointed to the front. We walked up to pay and waited another several minutes for the manager to finish his personal phone call. He finally decided to grace us with his presence so we could pay, and we still got no eye contact from him, no smile, no thank you as we paid...nothing. We were there for 90 minutes and they said exactly 5 words to us and didn't look at us once. Won't be back. Horrible.

You chose to put hot sauce in the beef noodle soup. So you know, I had ordered that for my 13 year old son tonight. Granted, I did not specify that I did not want it, however, spicy sauces drastically alter the taste. Please alter your actions and offer them as a condiment on the side. Your the first restaurant to ever do this, and I won’t be a returning client until you agree to rethink this policy. As for when I called to raise this concern, thanking me for the criticism is not an appropriate reaction. When I advised you I was going to go to another restaurant to replace this order, your lack of care to alter my decision was appalling. You could have offered anything and I would have appreciated your concern. Saying; “Ok, sorry, goodbye” was very hurtful. You need this criticism to improve and I hope you take this to heart. Best wishes for your business, and I hope you address these concerns responsibly.

My first visit to this restaurant today and what a disaster, undercooked and hard vermicelli noodles with poorly prepared ground shrimp, microscopic over priced spring rolls, fresh rolls with the same undercooked vermicelli noodles, the list goes on, prices were high and the food disappointing portions were small for the price and service mediocre at best, I can’t justify returning to this restaurant unless by some act of god they remember how to cook one of the most basic ingredients of Vietnamese food, the vermicelli noodle and also start putting some pride back into the preparation of their food. Not impressed and not returning!
