Service is great. Food is fine. Not as much of a selection as you'd expect from such a large venue, especially in the sauce department. They have an allergy chart but didn't bother to put dairy or eggs on it, seems like a waste of that employees time. But don't worry, it mentions there being peanuts in the peanut sate sauce. Would definitely go again if the prices were lowered to somewhere even close to reasonable (so about 40-50% less)

Nice options to create tour choice of stir fry Mongolian style. A bit pricey but worth it. Dont forget to add good amount of dressings and sauce to enhance the taste. Several visits and no disappointments. I'll go there again soon.

Came in to the restaurant today for the first time in a few years and was pretty excited because I really enjoyed it the last time I was here. I waited at the front to be seated and made eye contact with 3 different staff members running around, and then after being ignored, I figured I might as well seat myself, thinking this must be like Nandos where you grab a table and then order. Once I sat down, I hailed down the waitress and asked “hey, we are supposed to seat ourselves right?” She replied with “Let me put this dirty dish away in the kitchen and I’ll be back.” Proceeded to walk away and then immediately after, came back to our section and started asking the other tables what they wanted to drink. We waited another good 10 minutes while she walked about and served others while we sat there with no idea whether she really had planned to come back or not. Finally we just gave up and left. I just wished there was better customer management. If she just took an extra second to let us know they were swamped or that you were new or something, we would’ve been more forgiving. It wasn’t simply the one waitress that provided poor service, it seemed like that was the culture for the entire staff there... ALL of them ignored us. And we heard a table as we were leaving say “we should leave too.” We will probably never come back.

This store was questionable when it first opened but over the years it has gotten a lot better. No idea what you want for dinner? you should come here but be aware the sauces & other heavy items will rack up your tab

We had two different experiences at this place. On our first visit, we liked it...food was really good that time. Though of visiting it again today. Wish..we could have gone some other place. There was a young guy(non-asian) who cooked our food...seemed he has no idea of cooking. Burnt our food...made it as dry as powder. A total mess. Even I can cook 10 times better than him. Told the same to the server when she came asking whereabouts...and she had no answer to it...Seemed to me...they already know this guy is not a cook atall...might be a dish washer ...filling in for the cooks. Long story short....this place is a gamble...be there with some good lucks in your pocket...else...waste your money.
