Mucho 🌯 is one of my favourite fast food restaurants. I usually get the burrito bowl 🥙, it’s delicious! I recently went to this location at around 9:45 pm and they had still served us (they close at 10 pm). The workers there were extremely nice, I told them we would take it to go because they were closing. However they insisted that we should stay and enjoy our food. We quickly ate and left a little after 10. These workers are so kind & made us feel super welcomed 💛. Will be heading back soon!

I always come to this location, at least two or three times per week. I live faraway from this store, but the food and the customer service from all staff members are just outstanding. The food is always fresh and the staff always greet you, they know my name and they even know what I like to order. The Manager is very funny. Good atmosphere and very generous portions compared to other locations in the city. The new menu is amazing, I tried the new signature bowl and I was impressed. My go to restaurant.

Mucho Burrito has fresh food that not only tantalizes it also satisfies. The portion sizes fit any hunger level and the prices make it a repeat location. Service is excellent and the staff is extremely helpful and patient assisting new patrons choose new flavour combinations. This Mucho Burrito location ny Landmark Cinemas in Panarama Hills is a hit!!!

Like all mucho burritos I have been in, the food is fine. But the people that work here either hate their customers or were told by their manager to put the bare minimum of everything on your burrito unless customers ask you repeatedly for a dollop of salsa. They were so stingy that I was pretty sure my quesadilla was just going to be a barely warmed up tortilla with a teaspoon of cheese put right in the middle. Not to mention while I was in this establishment the staff multiple times questioned the customers’ choices, like asking “Are you sure you want that?” Or “oh wow you just really want that”. The vibe is extremely off putting and leaves a bad taste in your mouth that no amount of burrito sauce can mask. This attitude has been persistent at this location for many months, so I would recommend going to another location.

Great people, really personable friendly. Have pretty good relationships with a few of the staff members. This really does help to make an experience even if it's just a fast food place!!!
