Food and Bread Bar are terrific but on this occasion the service was terrible. Our waitress was very pleasant but spent too much time chatting with two of her other tables while others like ours had only one follow up visit. We got a coffee refill and it was 20 minutes or so before that next visit at which point we’d had enough and asked for the Bill. Also she forgot to bring the condiments we asked for the first time and our meal was half done before that was accomplished. I’m not counting that as a follow up visit to the table as she didn’t bring it til after she came to top up coffee on the only visit to the table after our meal was delivered. I’ll come back here sometime as we like the menu and food but if I see that waitress, we’re outta here. Oh , there was another waitress working as well but she was worse as her tried to hide in the servers area but we could see from where we sat and most of the time she stood back there with arms crossed trying stay warm. That one I woulda fired.

Pacini had great food years ago, but the the quality has dropped since then. For their prices, they should be offering better quality. I had ordered a New York strip steak, but it came out poorly seasoned with little char on it; very, very bland. I finished half and couldn’t continue. The seafood linguine was not bad, but way overpriced for the level of quality. I would recommend staying away from Pacini. Via Cibo, located in Coventry Hills, isn’t too far and offers way better food for more reasonable prices. On a bright note, the service was good. Rebecca was friendly and tried to serve us the best she could.

Great Italian, we’ve been in on several occasions. We never leave hungry and we never leave broke. Lots of wine selection, delicious bread bar to start included with all mains, even a decent lunch menu. Plus, birthday bonuses! Great staff.

I wasn't overly impressed with the pasta here. Their "bread bar" seemed to be stocked with wonder bread varieties of bread. I had ordered the spaghetti and I don't think that I can really explain the taste of it: kind of a carrot paste tasteless concoction. Although the food was mediocre, the service was excellent.

Dinner for 4. I arrived at restaurant, waited 15 minutes for hostess to seat us. After being seated waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to come with water. Proceeded to the bread bar, great selections of 6 different kinds of bread and 4 different variety of butter spreads. Grill was nice and hot to toast. Food was OK, I would go back for the bread bar but not the same entrees that I ordered. Service: 2/5 Food: 3/5 Pricing: $$$
