HORRIBLE!!!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I went through the drive thru and order lunch for my family. I spent $45.00 I was missing a sandwich, my fries were the wrong size, and my drinks were different than that which I ordered. At the window they handed my food to me and I asked is this everything? They said yes yes, and closed the window. When I got home and opened my food and realized I spent $45 and didn’t get all the food I ordered. I tried to call the store to inform them of the mistake that was made and they must be talking to other customers that are complaining because it just kept saying user busy. ( they have their phone turned off because dealing with all the complaints of their atrocious service and attention to detail would make it impossible to maintain there already substandard service) NEVER AGAIN!!!

Well I thought the franchise that is McDonald's would take better care if their establishment. It is filthy and not just in the mens bathroom. (That had an uflushed toilet and urinal, a busted and hanging off the wall hand dryer. And don't let the staff know because they will just wrinkle their faces at you and say "Oh, Yeah that's gross!") Or the fact firniture is filthy, sticky and in need of repair. This place is falling apart and the owner and staff could care less. The order i made was given to me incorrect and it only took the 15 minutes i waited before writing thing review. I can go on and on, but just take it from me when i say that there are too many McDonald's in this city to be wasting your time and money on this place. Utterly disgusted!

asked if they could fill my water bottle up in the drive thru and was told to proceed to second window. only for the dude to throw my reusable water bottle in the trash and argue with me and yell saying “well i asked you”. even mimicked me like a small child when a said “a glass of water, please.” east indian guy that had a white professional shirt on and blonde on top. my suggestion to the staff at this location is to please train your staff to gain a spirit for customer service. he clearly doesn’t possess any of that. horrible experience, stay away from this location. there’s plenty around the area. all I wanted was some water...

I am a regular at this S. Common McD's and wanted to say that the service provided by Sonika was excellent. She is friendly, competent and goes well beyond average service. Doug

Slow service and badly maintained. Parking is extremely limited. The kiosks are unable to print out receipts all the time. So ordering is a pain. Ketchup dispenser is always empty. Orders takes a long time to be ready. There is no table service available even though there is an option available on the kiosk. Always ran out of side dishes and has to settle with whatever they are able to give you.
