Just celebrated my son's birthday yesterday, all of us had a enjoyable and satisfaction dinner, good food, good servers with good services and good place. Definitely we will visit again

Terrible management, customer service and appreciation. Was told there was a table available for my party of 4 so I took less then 30 seconds to grab the rest of my party only to return in the restaurant to find out the manager had given our table away. Not only did he not try to make it right but made it feel like he did not owe us anything and he made us feel that by telling us that. He said we technically did not have a reservation and that we would just have to wait for a table. At that point why would I even ever ever want to eat at such an establishment. I have lots of places to dine at and I tell you Tramonto at the River Rock casino and Hotel will never be one of them. If you respect customer service and appreciation stay clear from this restaurant .

Eight of us dined here, we were all served our plates simultaneously by eight servers in remarkable fashion, the food was exquisite, the restaurant spotless and comfortable, made you feel like royalty.

The food is pretty good especially considering the pricing. The service was a little lacking in terms of their attentiveness though.
