WhiteSpot is not the diner I remember as a kid. The menu has changed, and the Triple-O Sauce isn't quite the same, and it is much more like a high-end family bar-restaurant now. But the endless french fries can't be beat - still the best chips in the universe. Still love the burgers, don't get me wrong! But I'd trade some of the spiffy atmosphere for some better prices. Still, it's a West Coast experience I would not pass up.

Gave us lunch menus for dinner, and the wait for food is long. The person I went with said the food at the north road location is better. They have a unique water decoration near the bar area though.

I was in Vancouver (Burnaby) for work and this location was almost right across the street from my hotel so I went twice in the span of a few days. Beer on tap was Super Ice cold both visits!! I ordered the fish and chips on my first visit, which was alright. The breading on the fish was rather thick in some places, fries were a bit soggy as if they had been sitting for a while, overall a pretty good meal. Service was friendly. Second visit I had a burger which again was alright, but a bit greasy. Service was again very friendly and relatively quick. Good spot for a quick meal that's decently priced.

Fantastic White Spot. We order take out from here and they always get our order right never missing anything. Great customer service. My wife has Celiac disease and thus can't eat wheat, gluten etc. She always gets the gluten free bun for the burgers and never gets sick from here!

The food here is better than I’ve had at other white spots. The staff are nice too. I’ve seen this place pretty dirty on occasions - there’s been a fair bit of food all over the floor under empty tables from the last guests and it just seems to sit there. Stepping up the cleanliness would go a long way
