It had always been the to go zone but the fries that day were oily and the nuggets were also smelling different. I wonder if it was the oil that went bad but the food did not taste well. This was at the walmart richmond.

Date: Dec. 24, 2017 Me and my friends started our order 8:40 pm. Our order were just a couple of hot chocolate drinks and a mocha beverage. Several minutes later I started getting pissed for how long they get to make those beverages. As we were the first to order during that time, we were the last ones they served. I know that it was busy but we were there first and our order were simple! The staff on the cashier doesnt even know their teals. And the other staff said “sorry we were busy”. We got finally got our order at 8:57 pm. Terrible customer service.!!

Good luck getting service unless you use self help kiosk. Prices are at restaurant levels now. Wait time is up to 10-15min.

Went to the bathroom and every time I go in there the hand dryer never works. So I'm wondering how customers dry their hands. So advice. Have paper towels available because this has been a issues for Months. Other than that.. oh yes.. always running out of apple pie.. But I guess that's a good thing.
