Well the minute we were seated we became invisible. After about 3 minutes we hadn't had a server come over to even fill our water. We sat and made a game of it, so I started my stop watch on my phone and it took over 16 minutes to get a server to come over and offer us water and at that time I requested to speak to a manager and that took another 5 minutes where we were informed that our meal would be complimentary for having to wait so long before we were served in any way. As for the server we had she was great and the food that we ordered was also very good. So the stars review is based solely on the beginning of our dining experience.

Great food good people very entertaining. A place you could easily go to for a fulfilling meal. Kids danced in an open space as they prepared our dishes. The veggie burger was a delicious, as most places just serve salads. Cajun chicken is a must have plus the fall off the bone ribs. The staff was friendly they actually seemed like they enjoyed working there.

Food is consistently prepared really well here. Atmosphere in the lounge is fun and exciting, and the dining room is quieter and more intimate. Servers are attentive and friendly. Really the only thing that repeatedly makes me regret coming here is service from a hostess who will always make you wait 10+ minutes to seat you in a dining room that is empty. Maybe it's restaurant policy to make the restaurant seem busier but this type of service gets 0 stars from me. I'd rate lower but the food and servers deserve a 5.

We had the best service at this location! Our waitress was just awesome, she was light and funny and honestly exactly what you want when you go into a restaurant. I would go back again just for the service alone. The food was great, one of our desserts was good but a little lacking, and she said she'd pass it on to the chef, which was nice. Dinner was excellent, steaks were awesome, honestly its exactly what you would expect from Earls. The restaurant was on the quiet side, which I think would change on the day of the week you go, but we were there on a weekday, so it was as expected and what we wanted. Haven't been to this location in years, but I'd totally go back!

Came in Friday with my girlfriend for a date, food and drinks were great. The service was what made the night for us both. Our server was sincere and hilarious. Hopefully the guy becomes a doctor like he said he was planning on doing! Overall great experience and place.
