The quality of the food here is declining rapidly. I'm sure they don't clean their woks as much as they should, if really at all, as there are always black burnt tasting flakes in my Pad Thai. The overall flavor is now bland and boring, and as of today, the consistency of the beef was no longer meaty. It broke apart in the oddest way. It was actually press gross and I couldn't finish my meal. Since August of last year I've been here maybe five or six times, and it keeps getting worse. Today was the last time I will eat there.

I have eaten here once a week for 2 years. It has dropped in quality a lot. The staff don't seem to know what they are talking about either. The drink machine also broken. The cashier guy will tell you the combo is an extra 25 cents to upgrade to a bottle drink, but it's actually $1. Don't get tricked everyone.

Nice food. Nice service most of the time

Pretty good for food court quality. I've got Pad Thai with chicken ($9.38) and the portion is big enough to feed 2 people. Perfect for one guy to eat it all. I've liked Pad See Ew as well. Tom Yum soup(mini size)with noodle was so big and filling too. If you want something in a light portion get mini Tom Yum soup with noodle. I personally liked Pad Thai the best and it didn't taste like ketchup.

Inconsistent Pad Thai quality. I frequent Thai Express and the Coquitlam and Richmond locations do not have this problem. This location needs new cooks and/or have their skills reassessed. This was the second time my Pad Thai order was made incorrectly. There was spice, but there was no sauce that causes the noodle to turn into the dark brown color. I looked at the chef and asked, you've added all the sauces right? He replied, Yes! Spicy right? Wrong. The appearance and flavor was incorrect. There was the taste of the wok, and the spice from the chilli's. That is all. Unacceptable.
