Very rude staff. I entered and everyone seemed in such a hurry. No respect to customers. I haven’t received my food yet. This review is for whoever is running this place to maybe consider training your staff on how to respect customers, and greet them with a smile. Especially first time customers, the least you could do is be more welcoming. Nothing wrong with asking questions. I ordered some food already and will adjust review if I like the quality

Good place for visit. Chicken and fries are very nice. However their menu is a bit difficult to understand as it looks overwhelming for the first time visitors. Staff is friendly. We ordered half chicken with a side fries. That was ok for a couple. I think whole chicken with salad or fries should be fine for three persons, since the it is not really huge.

This place serves a flame-cooked chicken which is really delicious. I am not a big fan of chicken but they cook it extremely well. And I eat it with pleasure. They say that they marinate it for 24h to make it so soft and juicy. The garlic bread is also tasty. They have their special sauce Peri-Peri to add to the chicken which is too hot for me but my husband likes it. Here you need to order yourself at the check out, then they bring you your order. It is a good place to eat if you don't have much time to wait for your order but as for me it is better than traditional fast food. So I recommend it.

Ridiculous policy regarding where you can seat.... If the place is empty they will seat you at the front door just to show other customers there is a living soul inside, pretty much giving you no option as if everything is reserved and you can only seat where they say. If you enjoy eating while every take away customer seats to stare at you while you eat so no problem. Archaic marketing that does not care about customers... Management thumbs down!

It was absolutely awful. The staff and manager there couldn't care less about their job. TL;DR Food is fine if you want to wait 1 hour or more. Servers walk around doing nothing and will not give you water or your food until they deem it necessary. It took us 20 minutes to get water. We asked 3 times. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive, and the manager came up to us and asked "did you not get your food yet?" If we did, we would be eating it. So why would you ask something so asinine? We asked the staff about our food and they repeatedly told us it was coming, until our table was just too hungry and asked for the sides to be served first. 15 minutes later a server finally confessed they didn't have one of the sides and they couldn't cook enough chickens to meet demand. She told us to change our side and acted like it was our fault for choosing something not on the menu. I don't understand why they kept taking orders in the mean time. If you don't have a side then just let the table know and it's ok. After another 10 minutes we finally got our sides, and the server begrudgingly said "I gave you extra" I looked at the food and it was the same amount as every other normal order of sides every other table got, and my friends confirmed it's the same amount they get every other time. I don't care if you don't give us extra sides, just don't lie about it! The chicken arrived about 5 minutes later.
