Always a fantastic meal. Veggie platter is your best choice and a good variety. I've been coming here for years. The green hot sauce is what sets this place apart from other Ethiopian joints in the city. The decor is definitely.. minimal but if you care about the food more than anything this is the place!

Excellent. Food was absolutely delicious and portions were huge. Great value for money. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in Winnipeg again!

The vegan lunch buffet is very good for the price. The food is tasty and feels healthy as it doesn't contain any milk products. I'm not a vegan or even vegetarian but I avoid dairy as much as possible so this place is great for me. One note to the owner, please can you find someway of covering your tables. Whatever the surface is on those silver tables it traps food and bacteria, they feel unsanitary and sticky even though you obviously wipe them. It kinda puts you off your food (which is delicious by the way). I think you need to consider covering them with vinyl or something that will be easier to clean.

Not a super exciting or flavourful buffet. You're better off at massawa.
