I went to Chinatown today to eat. I walked in, the place smelled like sewer. We sat down and the waitress came over and gave us our menus and we asked for water which she brought a pitcher. We looked at the combo plates which are 3 items only and an extra 4.00 each to add more items. The longer i sat there in that smell and looked around to see how dirty it was the more i was disgusted. I looked at my partner and said to him "lets go". The waitress still had not come back. As we walked to the car we saw the waitress going back inside from a smoke break. Great place....one in which i will never frequent again! The place is dirty and run down...health inspectors need to go there more often. 👎👎👎👎

For starters, there seemed to be an issue with us not wanting the buffet. After some arguing we were given a menu and allowed to order from there. The service was below expectations. The water jug on the table was never refilled and the servers never came by to see how everything was going or if anything was needed. Another issue is the lack of changing stations. Dirty restrooms as well. We were also charged an extra $10 on top of our bill. This was a service charge for service that we never got and it was automatic and unable to be changed. I recommend this place if you want to be disappointed and like to be overcharged. I definitely have no intention of returning.

I sent the Hot and Sour Soup back. The broth tasted starchy. A very combative manageress was inclined to argue about, but they did take it off the bill. The spring rolls are delicious.

Bad service, had to argue with staff before we were permitted to order what we wanted. Was charged a service charge of $10 over what we ordered and not advised of that prior to ordering. Water never filled. Hardly any staff trending large crowd in empty restaurant. Waited an hour to even order. Recommend going to any place other than this restaurant for Canadian Chinese food

Even though we arrived late at night, we were not rushed at all. We ordered an appetizer and it arrived well before our main course. All the food was delicious. We started with sliced barbecued pork, then had seafood stuffed eggplant, half a duck, and the house fried rice. The bottled beer prices are reasonable as are the food prices. Three bottles of beer plus the food came to 95 CAD taxes in. We took home much of the food, so consider that if you're traveling. We enjoyed all the leftovers the next day.
