I am a pizza hut customer for many years but my advise for this location is save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else. The girl taking the order at this location is very rude and high headed. With her attitude she should not be in service industry at all. She would not tell me her name because she knows she is wrong. I wanted to change one topping and she would not do that instead kept on arguing with me forever and did not help at all. Store manager pls read the reviews they help to run a business successfully.

Pizza Hut has been my favourite pizza store for 9 years now, but I was astonished at the service the Pizza Hut at the McLaughlin road provided this last time. My order was late by 45 minutes than the given time. My delivery man was exceptionally when asked why my order was so late he replied “ are you blind can you not see the weather”, then when called the store about this problem the man was very rushed and told me “it doesn’t matter if the order was late because it was ordered online” before I could reply he hung up on me in an extremely rude way, and when called back n explained my problem again the man didn’t even reply and said “argh okay bye”. This is the worst pizza store ever, I usually buy 2 pizzas a week from there n including my friends and family it’s about a good 10-12 pizzas a week. I will make sure I never ever go there again and let every single one of my friends and family and even on social media know how awful they are. Thanks for ruining Pizza Hut for me.

I was told that the pizza should arrive by 9:53 pm but at 9:49 pm i get a call form the location saying that it just left the location and I had to wait another 30 minutes to get it. keep in mind that I placed the order around 8:30 pm which means that I would have had to wait 2 hours to get my pizza. so I asked the woman that called me if I were to get a discount because it's late and she replied by saying no. do I said fine and hung up the phone and they called back a couple minutes later asking if I still wanted my order and obviously no and hung up the phone. Pizza Hut just wasted my time.

Worst place ever. Called to order and got hung up on. Then called again where a woman mumbled something and left me on hold for 8 minutes. Then hung up and called again where the same thing happened. I hung up after 10 min, called dominos and was eating my pizza in 40 min. Literally the worst customer service

We placed an order at 7pm and recieved the order at 9.10pm. The order recieved had smushed and crushed box of wings. The pizza recieved was smushed and didnt looked like pizza...Very Very Bad experience. When we called them they kept our phone on hold for 20 mins...SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THIS LOCATION..
