Burger was fine , but my friend orders right after me and his order number was 159, after 15 minutes still the order numbers were at 250-260 but my friend didn’t get his order upon requesting he was rather cross questioned “where were you?!” Than a sorry , he stayed in line for 15 minutes still, they didn’t even care about his order lying around under their counter.

I really avoid coming to this location as much as possible. Even though it's the closest to my house, I prefer going elsewhere because this place gets my order wrong more than half the time, not even an exagerration. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot right now because my order was wrong from the drive thru and my husband had to park and walk back inside to have it corrected. What a waste of time having to line up again for their mistake. And this has been the case with this location for YEARS. We should have checked the bag before driving away from the window, but we forgot because we're used to the great service from other establishments.

Zero intensity. Noone at the front at 615am. Said good morning to the cook to announce my presence and the cook rolled her eyes and didn't get anyone to come. Dirty tables. Dirty bathroom. Dirty condiment station. Then wrong order. The staff are so lazy and act like they just don't care and it's a bother they have customers. If I was the franchisee I would be embarrassed and the McDonald's chain even more. BRUTAL! I had to put a star but ZERO STARS!

This McDonald definitely need some improvement in terms of services. Very sloppy, very slow, have no sense of time. Ordered coffee and wait in line for good 10 minutes with just one customer in front of me. It is ridiculous. Definitely need a good manager with sense of customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous, this has to be a joke I went inside because drive thru was long come to find out the line was even longer than drive thru I refuse to use the kiosk because the receipt never prints so I wait in line and after waiting for over 15 min I get there and the girl doesn’t even know how to take my order it took so long that I had to ask her to get a manager over and the manager didn’t even know how to take my order then the manager had to call someone that looked like she was working drive thru to come and help her how are you a manager and not know how to work a where you first started that’s an absolute joke as the drive thru lady finished taking my order the manager was very rude to the crew members I’m guessing she was embarrassed at the fact that she doesn’t know how to take orders ha just a joke please educate not just your staff but the managers also.
