Arrived at 10pm on a Friday night for dinner with a total of 4 guests in our party. We were seated quickly but it took about 15 minutes for our server to make his way to our table. The dining side was pretty empty but our servers claim for taking so long was that he was the only one working on this side. Understandable, but I mean shouldn’t a big chain restaurant have more than 1 server working on a Friday night?? There was no drink menu at our table so I had to google their website to see their drink specials. $5 beers/mixed drinks after 9pm and half price appetizers was largely advertised which sounded great so we built our order around that. When our server came back to take our order he said they don’t do those specials at this location because they get a lot of business so they don’t need to have promotions like that. That was pretty disappointing so we had to take more time to figure out what our order would be. Once we finally ordered our food it took 1 hour before it was actually ready and served to us. Pretty slow service considering the restaurant was not that full. The food was pretty good which is why I’m leaving a 2 star review. I ordered the big wing sandwich which is always my favorite to order here with a side of their garlic Caesar salad. The last thing that left a negative impression on me was the lack of attention from our server. Halfway through our meal we pretty much all needed refills for our drinks but our server Chris was nowhere to be found. We finished and were left sitting there for about 10 minutes before I finally saw him and waved him over to get the bill. He said no problem and then asked if we wanted refills. Great timing considering we were already done and ready to leave. Never been to a restaurant where at least halfway through the meal the server comes and checks up on you. Granted he did say he was the only one working but I would then blame management for not scheduling enough staff to work on a Friday night. I will most likely visit tj’s again but probably try to avoid this location if I can. If not hopefully there is enough staff next time so we can get decent service.

We were celebrating a Birthday Dinner for a friend on March 24. The dining experience became annoying and negative very quickly. After my husband and I were seated and we had ordered our drinks (wine for myself and beer for my husband), we noticed the presence of numerous fruit flies around our drinks. After we brought the situation to our servers attention, she offered to cover our drinks with paper napkins that did little to help with the situation. A number of flies were hovering and eventually sitting on the rim of both our glasses, to help with the situation our server offered to bring us new drinks. Unfortunately, the fruit flies situation did not end with just the drinks, once our dinner arrived it was much the same. Fruit flies were ALL over our food and continuously hovered around the plates. As you can imagine, it was very difficult to enjoy our drinks and our dinner with constantly worrying about one of them dropping into the drinks or the food. This made our experience very uncomfortable and we would not recommend this particular location to anyone. After spending $100 for two people, this is not the kind of atmosphere I would expect. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the food was of good quality and our server tried her best to make the situation better for us. Otherwise, unless you want fruit flies in your food or drink, avoid this location!

I was there this past last weekend for dinner with my parents and my 9 month old daughter. I was asked if I could leave my stroller at the front instead of bringing it to the table with me while my baby was clearly asleep. After declining I was seated and then asked again if I could take my daughter out of the stroller to put her in a high chair and I responded again no she is sleeping. Then I was informed that in an hour and half they had a reservation reserved for the table I was being seated at, I told them then to seat me somewhere else and apparently there is only one table that is "stroller friendly". I know it doesn't sound like a big deal leaving a stroller at the front but its a big inconvenience for me having to take everything I need out of the stroller to bring to the table plus my child. Upon being seated. These actions actually make me (a new mom) feel very discouraged to go to a resteraunt with my baby. Hopefully this message will bring improvements to your policies.

The first couple times I went here it was during the weekdays so it wasn't too bad. The food is amazing and so is the sangria! I usually sit at the bar but I have sat in the dining room, the place is clean and service is good! If you go on a weekend it's busy!

Unfortunately we didnt have an amazing experience on our last visit. Service was incredibly slow, our server seemed distracted and like we were some how a bother. There were at least 5 mistakes with our order. The table was never cleared, even after we piled all the dishes at one end. Food was pretty good but it was hard to see past the service.
