Till today being a franchised restaurant don't understand why there is so much inconsistently between all the locations. Ordered quite a few items. Half were fresh, half I could have broken my teeth on (festivals). What do they do? Refry what they don't sell the day before? Your kidding right? For something as simple as "festival". So what are you doing with other foods you don't sell? For laziness towards serving fresh products or discarding day olds...you would actually jeopardize someone enjoying your food on a repeated business. Well not this customer.

Recently Sunrise has decided to lessen their portions and cut back on the service. They are right across the street from me but the poor service and lack of accountability is appalling. The debit machine never works either. So much potential and they waste it. Gem's is a much better experience and will be getting my money for the foreseeable future.

This place is an absolute waste of time!!!!! Why did I wake my daughter out of her bed for breakfast to go to this pathetic excuse of a restaurant, we arrived at 9:45am and were told breakfast is done and we are not making more so we don't have to waste it🙄 I had no choice but to ask "why would you waste it??? Why not just have it for sale for the rest of the day to insure you can provide breakfast for your expecting customers?" Absolutely no response...Thats the last time I will waste my time with this joke of a restaurant..The lack of interest was my final straw!!!

Ya I think this is my last time at sunrise. First of all, why are they out of patties and coleslaw 85% of the time even in the early afternoon... I also don't like how they changed their containers to much smaller sizes but still the same price. Smh.

I have had meals at sunrise carribean restaurant few times at the Steele’s and Kennedy location and today I went to have lunch at the McLaughlin and bovaird location, it was a big dissatisfaction and disappointment where I got jerk chicken meal , two very small pieces of chicken no jerk spiced and rice and they don’t have hot sauce in the store it was a let down will never visit this location, the place is unorganized.the other location they give a descent portion of meal not here.
