Some if the staff there racist and have a bad altitude. Food use to taste so good but now it got no taste. I went there Friday night and ordered " jerk chicken and rice and peas" simple order. They give me stew chicken and rice and peas, they give me 2 piece of chicken back and 2 wing. You know the top of the tiegh with the piece of spine in it.. when I qured it she said "that is jerk chicken, they stop making it spicy". All my years of buying food there I never seen a jerk chicken wing like that. If I wanted wings I know where to get. That place is really run down now, it's all about the money no good service or food.

This has been the most disappointing and disgusting food. First off I ordered jerk chicken and Roti. The picture on the menu has vegetables and roti , the boy working made me pay and forgot to tell me there were no vegetables. Then young girl said I had to choose between vegetables or coleslaw. I asked them not to lie to me and tell me if they had no vegetables left. so she admitted she had lied but could give me chicken soup. I said I wanted a refund or a can of pop she told me to bad. The worst customer service ever. On top of that the food was disgusting and salty. Please do not go there the management and food is lower then a 1 star. I have never reviewed but I feel this is a complete waste of money.

Extremely disappointed with the new management of this location. I suggest changing the name of the restaurant before it ruins the reputation of the sunrise franchise. I will never be returning to this location that for sure.

The food is pretty good for the most part. The rice & peas, curry goat and jerk chicken are really good. The goat roti tasted good for the most part but 1/3 of the roti was really hard. And the utensils they give you are the really cheap plastic ones. Which brings me to their customer service. She asked if we wanted a knife and fork, to which I obviously said yes. When we sat down we realized she had given us two forks and one knife. When I asked her for another knife she told me "you didn't ask for 2 knives". There were 2 of us and we're both eating meat that requires some cutting. One would assume it's common sense to give out both utensils for each person. Unless they just ordered the rice I guess. I also saw a sign for coconut water but didn't see any in the fridge. I asked her if they had any and she did the classic tapping of the sign with her finger. I figured maybe they had some in the back. When I asked for two she looked at the fridge and said they were out. Didn't bother to check anywhere else. That said I would still recommend this place for their food, but get take out!
