Good Clean place. Just dropped in for an hour, so the kids could play at the playplace. It was nice and quiet. Kids had fun.

If I could take stars away I would give them a -5 not impressed sat in a lineup for 15 minutes only to be told sorry our ice cream machine broke 3 hours ago. Maybe next time you guys should put a sign up saying no ice cream machine is broken especially on Victoria day and when it's hot. Not impressed! Wont be back to this location ever!

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes for my frappe while the rest of my order came fairly quick. My frappe was sitting in the mixer the entire time and forgotten about until one of the drive-thru workers spotted it. Employees slack off and chat way too much here.

I go to this location once in a while when I in the area. I was there a few days ago and the cashier that took my order was so pleasant she’s blonde with short hair I think I was surprised at how she actually greeted me and was so friendly. Every other time the staff always finish there conversations with eacother before they take your order there always chatting and not paying attention at all to people standing there waiting to order, it’s obvious they could care less about there job not to mention they have no manners, I get it there are a lot of ignorant rude customers out there but regardless you should still greet customers and stop chatting to your co-workers when people are waiting to order.
