We have been going to Chuck E Cheese for a few years and have always enjoyed it. On our last visit, we found out that they had just changed the games from using tokens to play, to using a points card system (as they have in their US locations), which is definitely physically more convenient. However , unfortunately with this change, also came a BIG price increase in games (to go along with their crazy high food prices). . . previously, any game would cost 1 token to play, now they cost the points equivalent of between 1.5-4 tokens depending on the game as the conversion works out to be 1 token=10 points and it's disappointing. As a result, we will still go there, but way less often than we used to. If you are planning a visit, be ready to open your wallet!!

I have attended many Birthday Parties here and find Chuck E Cheese a fun place for kids around 10 and under. The arcade is great and there is also a small playground area which is amazing for the kids. My only problem is the fact that some products are overpriced. If you throw a Birthday Party, I think you should just serve pizza at home then drive the kids to Chuck E Cheese or something. Other than that, I find Chuck E Cheese to be a ideal place for fun if you are looking to amuse your kids for a few hours.

Loved bringing the family to chuck e cheese to spend a few hours together playing and eating. Do NOT NOT NOT like the new play cards. Uses more than tokens did... no way to track what's left without going to check machine... tokens was a visual of how many more games you could play. I bought 2000 token for two of us... under an hour GONE! Unless you can purchase unlimited for a resonable price can't see coming here like were used to. 😔

Came with with hubby and our little one on a Friday night. Staff was friendly and patient as it was our first time and the front staff took the time to explain the coin system to us. It's pretty much a smaller and outdated version of playdium geared for a slightly younger crowd. However, the amount of coins per game and the amount of tickets you can receive wasn't really worth it considering we visited playdium not too long ago. Our 4 yr old daughter had more fun in the play structure after finding a friend to climb around with than with the games. Overall it was a clean and something new for the family

Very nice place for a fun filled time especially with kids and adults who refuse to grow up!! Food and drinks served here are good quality. Wine and Beer served in party rooms with limits applied so everyone enjoys responsibly. Free ample parking available most times. Accessible from highways. Clean washrooms. Play area, and equipment are clean. Good, decent crowd seen here each time we have visited.
