I got to say that the quality and the quantity of the food is 5 star. Although not to ignore, customer service rating would be a 2 star only because the cashier seemed annoyed after taking few orders during the rush hour amidst making fun of the customers behind the counter. Lucky for them that we customers don't understand the common tongue. Management, please see that the employees are properly trained for customer facing job role. Also a suggestion, have a student friendly menu with accepting a proper student ID because I can see that the majority of the customers during the rush hours are the students.

I placed an order for spicy sandwiches for take out. They had put too much sauce that it was dripping down my sandwich. I wasnâ€™t able to eat it because too much sauce made it extra spicy. I called financial drive location where I placed the order to give them feedback. The manager was extremely rude and didnâ€™t welcome my feed back. He told me he that they make sandwiches all day and never gets complaints. I didnâ€™t mind the bad sandwiches as much as terrible customer service. They wonâ€™t be getting my business again.

Horrible customer service, The server in the counter did not specify that there is no white meat and gave me all dark. Tried to make excuses that she told another customer near me, but not to MYSELF. Dumb broad with glasses is like a robot. The manager is no better when I complained just stood there looking stupid staring at her employee and I did not get any refund due to a stupid policy of taking the chicken out of the restaurant when I'm just outside near the gas station. Incompetent people begets horrible service.

DECIDED TO CONTACT CP24 IN REGARDS TO HEALTH AND SAFETY. AS OF TODAY I'M STILL SICK DUE TO THE RAW BAD CHICKEN BURGER BITE I TOOK.. Worse popeyes experience ever order through skip the dishes first order wednesday 01/15/2019 evening 2 piece chicken meal in memo requested two drumsticks received old expired stinky unfresh dark fatty undercooked chicken.. 2nd order Sandwich combo with poutine and this one made me sick, first bite as you can see in the picture and I was throwing up uncooked raw hard chicken. Again in memo left a note for extra spicy mayonnaise was ignored. poutine and fries untouch, my fork on side that is not eaten i received it like that, how do you manage to mess that up aswell. lady called from store 30min after receiving the order saying we ran out of apple juice, so for replacement we got 2 ice tea but didn't give chance to speak and repeat order hung up right away. It was garbage nasty undercooked chicken tried tiny side of drumstick and it tasted funky poutine to was cold mess it was gross. I am sharing pictures seemed like they cooked expired chicken be careful people.
